With over 20 years’ experience in mental health, she specialises in supporting midlife women through emotional challenges, identity shifts, and the impact of perimenopause. Her career spans therapy, NHS leadership, and wellbeing consultancy, with a strong focus on women’s mental health and meaningful, whole-person care. She developed the EMBERS® framework to offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach that blends CBT, neuroscience, and lifestyle medicine.

Simona offers a space where women can make sense of what they’re going through, access evidence-based support, and reconnect with their inner strength. She’s passionate about helping women move from just surviving to thriving and now trains other professionals to do the same. Whether you're feeling stuck, flat, or simply not like yourself anymore, Simona’s work is all about helping you find clarity, compassion, and a way forward that works for you.
